We're seeking an innovative designer to join our team and express passion for user experience and creative design. We're a small team and everyone wears multiple hats, so we need someone who can handle multiple design disciplines. Key skills:
- Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Omnigraffle, Fireworks, etc
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Exhibit pixel perfect attention to detail
- Show understanding of complex user interactions
- Illustrate ability to use motion and user-feedback to produce fluid experiences
- Basic knowledge of other web development technologies (XHTML/CSS /JavaScript/PHP/mySQL/XML)
